I purchased a truck load of Costco "Scratch and Dent" appliances. The condition description of "scratch and dent" specifically says, "new, never used". That was not the case. Several refrigerators on the shipment had signs of heavy use and B Stock support does not care at all about the buyers. They care about the much higher volume sellers like Costco.

I bought 3 pallets from amazon on Bstock. 50 days after payment and they did not ship the merchandise and no refund issue. I'm a small business, short on funds, you have 48hs to pay in cash for your inventory, or get a fine cancelation. Now no money. No inventory.

I have been buying from bstock for years. From day one this company has been a absolute scam. They claim A/B condition and orders are never Close to that of what they describe. The claims department is a joke. Items will Be so damaged that it cost you thousands of dollars in lost profits/storage/junk removal and they will offer you 42$ for a order you paid thousands for. Save your money. Put this trash company out of business for stealing from hardworking Americans

We have been doing business with B-Stock Solutions, LLC since 2019 and I must say that their dispute mediation team is trained to be extremely biased towards sellers. We bought 3 orders (180 units of iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 15 & iPhone 13) totaling $87,951.78 where it was mentioned that the "units are clean/carrier-unlocked". When we received the merchandise it was 95% locked, opened a dispute and was straight rejected. Mediators at B-Stock are trained in a way to never accept even when they know that the seller or B-Stock are at fault. They are exploiting SME at maximum level. If you are someone who have been frauded by B-Stock, please reach out or leave a comment. We can patch up and take B-Stock to consumer court for defrauding businesses. Just because B-Stock has got carriers like Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile on board, does not mean they have the right to defraud SMEs or regular consumers.

Absolute scammers. Don't bid on anything. The projected values on the bidding are comically wrong. I purchased 200 items that they say have a rrp of £30. They turned up and the value is more like 30pence per item. (No exaggeration) They also charged £100 shipping for a 6kg box measuring 50cm x 50cm x 40cm. Also, they don't respond to emails, at all.
