They are very fair and super responsive. I had some disputes on item quality with seller, and BStock was fair in their mediation.

I paid $1000 for a truck load of what was suppose to be NFM furniture then they was out of that and sent me appliances instead. Sent a bunch of trash in a semi trailer. Broken shit along with shit dated back to 1996. I sent whole truck back. Told them I want my refund or an actual truck load of working not broken products as that’s what I bid for. They quit messaging me. DO NOT TRUST THEM.!

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear about the issues with your truckload purchase. We completely understand your frustration. To clarify, the truckload in question was listed as mixed condition merchandise and was purchased for $175+shipping of a truckload. Mixed condition lots can include a variety of items, ranging from new to used or damaged or salvaged. If you’re looking for specific condition merchandise, such as new or fully functional items, we recommend bidding on lots explicitly categorized as such to better meet your expectations. We do see that a dispute is still open on this order, and we are actively working with the carrier and seller to find a resolution. Our goal is to ensure a fair outcome for all parties involved, and we appreciate your patience as we work through this process.

We have been following Bstock for a long time, and their customer service has always been great. However, we recently purchased an auction item and paid for it, but nearly a month has passed with no tracking number or responses from either customer service or the seller. We have sent multiple emails without receiving any replies. All we want is a refund, but they are not responding. If this situation continues, we are considering canceling our subscription soon.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your recent experience. We deeply value your loyalty and the trust you’ve placed in us over the years, which makes it all the more disappointing to learn that this purchase didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must be to wait nearly a month without tracking updates or responses to your emails. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please rest assured that our Director is personally looking into why your emails have not been addressed and is working to resolve your concerns as quickly as possible. We genuinely appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we’re determined to address these issues and restore your confidence in us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your frustration with this purchase and the outcome of your dispute. We want to assure you that we are not a scam company. Our goal is to facilitate transparent and fair transactions between buyers and sellers. If a seller on our platform is found to be scamming buyers, we take swift action, including removing them from the platform. Your trust is incredibly important to us. Regarding your dispute about the vitamins on this order, our records show that we requested additional information on 11/6 as we needed an accurate inventory count and pictures that showed expiration dates. After 5 days of no response we closed the dispute. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope we can work towards regaining your trust in the future.
