To the chair is great to works well for what we need. Mark was a very nice man and was very helpful. The man that put it in forgot his name sorry was great and was installed very quickly thanks.

We have been impressed with the efficiency and ease of use of our Bruno stair lift. My wife simultaneously suffered a broken hip and compound arm fracture and so living in our two story house was going to be a problem. She now independently uses the lift to access every part of our house in a safe manner while in recovery.

We love the new stair/chair lift! My 85 Year old mom is able to come stay with us now, and she can go up and down to and from the guest room without supervision/help. It's awesome. Mission Access and Matthew did a great job for us! Thanks to all involved!

I had surgery that made it impossible to do the stairs going up into the house and with my stair lift I was able to get in. Company came and installed it very quick and easy! Works well and easy to use Love it !

The steps to our second floor are very narrow and the first company that sold Bruno told us it wouldn’t fit, the. The second company that I found told us that it WOULD fit and they had it installed in a day without any modifications to our house or stairs at all, we are very pleased with it, my husband just had emergency surgery and was very glad it was installed before he got home, WE LOVE IT!

I had a lift from another provider and it cost $2,000 more and never worked right and was so cheap it was barely usable and needed constant service to repair it. My Bruno is of such extremely high quality that I know it will last decades. The installer's service was so superior to the installer of my other brand from Wright and Filippis who overcharged, installed poorly and misinformed. I was afraid to use the piece of junk they left me with and it was not the chair they had sold me. It is like going from VW bug to a Lexus.

This is a great lift for my husband. He’s just learning how to get the seat belt on the right way up, and I’m getting the swing of turning it on with the key and how to remember to turn it off. So far so good. I do worry about these monsoon rains we’re having now, and the snow that piles up sometimes. Any suggestions or experiences would be appreciated
