Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Great product. Everyone involved were professional and friendly. All knew their product very well and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. My stair lift was "custom" made to go around a corner . It is quite sturdy and gives you a safe feeling when using it. The installation took a second day to complete and the installation crew was experienced and showed me how to use the lift to my satisfaction. Product and people-wise I would rate 5 stars. I gave a 4 rating due to the amount of time it took to actually receive the stair lift and have it installed. I was surprised to learn the price and thought it too high but decided to go ahead and get it due to the all the reviews and information I collected. Overall. I am very satisfied with the Bruno curved stairlift and people involved and would definitely recommend Bruno and the Mobility Supercenter in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.

Excellent chair, a bit overpriced. Smooth ride up and down. Footpad could be a bit longer (I got oversized one). Consider wrap around top and bottom to open up stairs for others. Would like to see charging of batteries when chair is parked at any point. Installation very easy, stair mounts make it very unobtrusive. Installed week of Thanksgiving, haven’t climbed the stairs since.

I really am happy with your product safely transporting me up and down the stairs highly recommended if you have mobility issues

Quality product. Working fine...only wish that I could adjust the speed a little. Just recommended the unit to one of my friends today. Don't know how I got along without it all of these years struggling up the stairs..

So far, I find my Bruno meets all of my expectations. It was installed quickly with no mess. It takes up little space and is very easy to operate. I am very happy with it so far.

As for the contact person I would give five stars, as for the price I would give five stars. As for the chair and the contruction of the rail i would give that five stars, for right now, time will tell how well it wears as it is used. My one problem is the hand remotes are very small and you must hold the arrow down very tightly and with hands that have arthritis it is difficult. I use the chair to send my laundry and groceries down stairs and then my husband takes them off and then I go down and do what I have to do in the basement.

Thanks. The chairlift works well. We are happy.

Pleasant experience from the beginning to the end.
