i love the chairlift. one little problem. it is a little too slow going up and down. i hear safety, but it still is a little to slow.

I am very Please with all the people & the Product.

For 8 years I had a Bruno stairlift which was a Godsend for me. It kept me from having to move to an apartment or one level townhouse. I had some problems with this first one, quite a few service calls for one thing or another. I think it was an older model at the time. Also it had colors to watch for battery that would light up if good or weak, and the chair would beep for each of the problems. Now during this last year I had another Bruno installed and it is so much better. Evidently it had been improved. It is quieter, does not have those beeps to check, is more comfortable. Also the track is more narrow so more space for the walkers to go up and down. (It does beep when you get to the top or bottom which is good.) I think I'll have this one for a good long time without service calls. The price is about $3,000 and a little more for installation, so that hasn't gone up - as more people buy them and need them the price should stay about the same. Well worth it, rather than have to move.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MY NEW STAIRLIFT. OUR STAIRS WERE BECOMING A PROBLEM BUT WE DIDN'T THINK WE WOULD BE ABLE TO PUT IN A STAIRLIFT BUT MOBILITY CAME, MEASURED AND SAID IT WOULD WORK AND HAS IT EVER. THANKS EVERYONE.

The first person representing the company is the receptionist. She was very pleasant and made the appointment for the sales rep's (company owners) to meet with us in our home based on when it was convenient for us. The two owners were very professional, and presented their product information, explaining each option, allowing us to decide which option would best meet our needs. They were more concerned about what was best for us than making a sale. There was no sales pressure which made it a very pleasant experience. We purchased the Bruno Elite Chairlift. The gentleman who installed their product, did a fantastic job. By the way, did I mention they have a great product which so far has exceeded our expectations.

I am writing this for my 86 year old mother. I suggested getting a stairlift for years to no avail. It wasn't until last year with 2 bouts in rehab that she finally agreed to the lift. Now she loves it and the Bruno works very well. She takes her laundry up and down and other items and the assistance is great. Highly recommend it.

Installation and set up were professionally completed and equipment works as expected. This is a much better system than any others we looked at: well made, feels durable.
