Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Bruno's stairlift is one very incredible piece of health care equipment ... with an equally incredible source for it! This stairlift has more than enhanced my Mother's mobility and ability to reach the second story, which would by now have become unavailable to her. Simply put, it's enhanced and blessed her (and our!) quality of life!! Their sales staff and our installer were just exceptional ... helpful, kind, and forthcoming with the knowledge for us to make an informed decision ... at our pace (an important aspect with any investment). They have added TRUSTWORTHY to their list of accolades! If you're even contemplating researching and/or adding a piece of health care equipment for your loved ones, contact Bruno FIRST! It will be the only call you'll need to make. You will be pleased; and the peace of mind and heart that will come with it are simply invaluable. They're the best! And we're better off for them!! God bless all at Bruno ~

We love the stairlift. It makes it so much easier bringing things up 15 steps from the basement when unloading the car or truck.

Everytime I have to go up and down my basement steps while carry something I just sit and ride up and down. I am now not scared to go in my basement to get something stored down there because I will not fall again. I have even put a 50 pound bag of softner salt on my lap or on the chairlift and sent to the basement to be stored for future filling of the softner. I have confidence again and my life is not limited any longer so in short the freedom provided by the chairlift out weights the cost to install. The ride is smooth, slow, and the chair is comfortable. It is also reliable as I have never not had enough power to use it when needed. Best purchase ever!

The installers were very professional and courteous. The chair lift works great, comfortable, and smooth. Without a doubt would recommend Bruno to anyone that needs this type equipment.

My wife and I had the Bruno stairlift installed a little more than a month ago. We are both in our 80's and she now has health issues that have limited her physically. We have a 2 story home with bedrooms upstairs, and very much wanted to remain in our own home. The Bruno stairlift has solved this problem completely. It is easy to operate and very efficient. Absolutely recommend it.

Has made a great improvement going up and down the stairs.

The lift is very helpful and easy to operate. We are very satisfied with the purchase and recommend it strongly to anyone who would need it. Also the service received was excellent.

I'm an Engineer by trade, so I was careful to pick a stairlift that had superior quality and finish. I initially contacted Acorn, because I'd seen various ads on television. During the call, I had great difficulty hearing the person because of the excessive amount of background noise. I was told that there was currently an office party in progress, (9:30 A.M.?) and everyone was busy, but they could have someone get back to me. That episode was the end of my interest in anything to do with Acorn. I then contacted my local dealer for Bruno, who sent out their installer (14yrs.) who provided me with all the information I asked for, as well as inviting me to their showroom/warehouse to see a Bruno installed on an actual mockup stairway. When I looked the unit over, and saw the demonstration, I was sold. We had two lifts installed, and could not be more pleased with the operation, and the quality of install.
