I am very happy with the stair lift.

Have had the Bruno stair lift for a couple of weeks now and the wife and I are using it every day. It save us from having to redo our upstairs bathroom.

Bruno Elan Very quiet smooth ride. I really liked the vertical track as opposed to the horizontal track of other competitors. To me the horizontal track has exposed teeth that the ring and pinion gear rides on that expose's the grease on the track.

My husband is so happy and is better able to get up/ down stairs without shortness of breath. The person who set up the stairglide did an awesome job explaining how to use it.

A long line of Brunos who have owned and operated this company was my first appeal alone with the fact that they produce their products in their own American factory. The favorable reviews impressed me also, and seeing the excellent quality of their chair lift in our home cemented my belief that my wife and I had made a perfect decision to choose Bruno!

Very professional, knowledgable and friendly service. Price was competitive with others on the market, maybe a bit less. All of our questions were answered as this was a replacement chair that wasn't 3 years old so there were a lot of questions. I love the warrantees that come with the chair, that tells a lot about the product - how the producer stands behind their products. The installer was very informative, he reviewed the chair and service if needed - upfront service dealer. We are extremely happy.

The installation of a Bruno Stair Lift has made the upper floor of our house viable for my husband. The service was great and installation went smoothly. We like the safety features like the seat belt, swivel seat away from the stairs and beeping notice if you have not completed everything properly before beginning your descent. A very good buy on our part.
