Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

This is my second Bruno stair lift. Had a straight stair lift for 12 years my second one is curved stair lift.

The installation and the stairlift are good. The only regret I have after installing it is that I previously had a (homemade) stairway package lift that I had to remove, which was based on a garage door opener and was much handier and faster for groceries and other items than using the chair. With the chair there is less room on the stairs than before and I have to hold the remote button down the whole time it is going up or down.

Bruno staff was excellent. A referrred carpenter was terrible. So far so good.

Quick and easy installment and feels so safe to use.

Sales representative was prompt to respond and informative. No pressure to sell. Order was promptly filled and installer was efficient and pleasant. Unit purchased is working perfectly after 30 days of use. I would recommend it.

works well and just as advertised

Safe easy to operate. The price is reasonable. The person to give estimate is the same installer, knowledgible, polite ,no pressure.

This is my first stairlift but it provides me access to areas of my house that I have not been to for nine months. I usually crawled up the steps or using both hands pulled myself up one step at a time. Then 2 falls stopped me doing steps this year. This brings peace of mind to my children as they do not need to worry I will fall on the stairs.
