Would like to see the seat fold all the way up.Think the installers should have mounted 1 inch closer to the wall. Have to be careful my knees do not hit the newell post.

Just had our stair lift installed recently and it's been a big help to me. I can now take my laundry up and downstairs without waiting for someone to when they are home. It means alot to have my independence again.

With a handicapped spouse, he was unable to use half of our home. Now, with the stairlift, he is free to set up his aquarium and office. Very happy with the install. Very satisfied with the people who installed. Polite, neat and efficient. Thanks.

I've had my stairlift for a few months, and it has been great. I like that it comes with 2 remotes and the chair does not take too much room so I can still walk up the stairs when I have the energy.

The Stair lift does its job well in getting a big person safely up and down a flight of stairs. The beeping is gone! Bruno got back to us the next day after reading this review and promptly made contact with their dealer to fix it. It took them five minutes.. (old review) The problem is with the beeping noise. It's supposed to stop when the person arrives at the top of the stairs. In order to make the sound stop, the rider has to turn the chair a certain way when getting off. this person, however, has neuropathy and so can't maneuver in the right way to stop the beeping. So she just gets out and the beeping will continue sometimes as as long as 45 minutes. A friend remarked, what if she got out then went to sleep upstairs? Would the sound continue all night? I think Bruno assumes a lot of the ability of the rider to move. So we all have to live with that dreaded beeping.
