Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

I will be able to stay in my home. It is great, thank you.

Love it. Mother in law loves it. Therapists love it for access for my mother in law. Neighbors have even said it was a great investment. Have given information to other people.

Working fine

I chose the Bruno stairlift as it was economically and visually attractive. the service was prompt and efficient and the salesperson helpful and informative. the Stair lift was installed in half a day, and instructions were given to me clearly by the technician. I am enjoying the fact that I don't have to carry groceries and heavy items up the stairs from my garage in the basement to the ground floor.the Stair lift has made my life easier and I shop freely without having to consider how I will transport my shopping upstairs. The installation was neatly and efficiently done with minimum disruption.I enjoy having a ride up the stairs. this has really made my life easier.

We've only had it a short time. My Mom has been using it since early June 2020. It works great, totally safe operation. I just wish at the bottom of the stairs it would pivot 90 degrees to the left as it turns 90 to the right upstairs. Maybe it's an installation thing??? But she's able to exit it alright as there is enough room downstairs. Very good quality, strong lift.

They came out to install it the very next week after I ordered it. It’s quiet and smooth ride and the safety features are excellent! We are both very happy with it. I will highly recommend it to anyone.

It is too sensitive for having to be straight before it will move, also goes down about a foot and stops. Bumpy going down. I haven’t contacted the seller yet but will do soon.

I had lost my ability to climb stairs so had a stair lift installed so I could use myh master bedroom. The installation was quick and the stair lift works great. I am so glad I got it.
