I needed a way to get my wife in and out of our split foyer home. She can no longer negotiate the stairs even with my help. We installed the Elan straight stairlift (SRE-3050). It was installed in less than an hour by Stairlift Medics. They did a great job and the stairlift works flawlessly. Operation is easy and safe. No modifications were necessary to install since it attaches to the stairs and not the wall. The power supply to charge the batteries plugs into a regular 120 volt outlet. The chair seat, arms and footrest all fold up when not in use and do not take up much space on the stairs. In addition to being able to operate the lift from the seat, it comes with two remotes; one for the top of the stairs and one from the bottom of the stairs. Price was extremely reasonable. The unit has a nice clean appearance. I highly recommend this product.

This is the third stair chair that I have owned, but the first Bruno brand. The Bruno chair was purchased new in 2019 and is definitely the best chair I have ever owned.

Perfect for our needs, easy to operate, inexpensive, quickly installed, and installed by outstanding local company.

The stair lift seems to be an excellent tool for my wife, however the gentlemen who said they would be back in a week to install a missing part have not called nor returned.
