Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Bruno Stairlift was exactly what my 88 yo mother needed. She can now easily go from upstairs to downstairs or the other way around.

We do not know how we ever got along without it. The only concern we have is that it seems to jerk when it hits one of the seams in the rail. Good quality and meets our needs.

Husband could not go up and down stairs due to severe COPD. The Bruno gives him the freedom to do that. It’s wonderful for him and for me when lugging heavy things upstairs

A great chair lift. It has allowed me to stay in my home. Highly recommend. My installer, Access by Skip in Edgewater Fl. Is first rate and did a great job. Installed in a little over 2 hours

The Bruno stair lift is great. No negative aspect on the stair lift. My only problem is that the door at the living quarters landing is not wide enough and we will have to install a wider one.

My 94 year old Mom just loves the stairs so much. She can access the upper floor and loves the stairlift going down stairs to go out to her back porch. Thank you so much. My Mom has her independence back. She loves that she is able to use the controls easily.

AAA excellent service...And love the "Bruno"..installed so easily and is very compact and tight to our wall. And the young man who installed our Bruno was SOOO nice and polite...(and he definitely knew what he was doing)..had it up and running so fast! He had to come back a few days later to replace something that was making a noise but once again..same installer and fixed the noise in speedy time..works great!

Installation quick and easy relatively speaking. had service out to adjust foot pad. that took a little time. now it goes 1/3 of the way down and stops...then starts up again goes down another third of the way and then stops. then it starts up and goes to the bottom. annoying. Good thing....I get to go down stairs again after 8 years of being stuck up in the kitchen
