We like our new stairlift but the ride is more bumpy than we were hoping for. Mainly with the curve going around the landing to the top of the stairs.

The installer of these was outstanding. The person who used them died. When we unplugged the items the batteries have a signal that they have run down. We do not know how to shut them off, so we have had to leave them plugged in.

We just love our stairlift! We use it to send items up and down rather than carry and take the chance of falling while carrying. Easier on the knees and hips than climbing. This will enable us to stay in our home which we love.

Installation went very well. Chair had a small problem that was taken care of right away with no problems since. My husband has made good use of it and has been a godsend for him. Can’t say enough about the company and it’s products.

I purchased an Elite curve stairlift because of the weight capacity. The local dealer was easy to work with and an appointment to measure the stairs was made after which I was told it would take about 6 weeks to deliver and install. But as that time was approaching I called to delay then arrival for several weeks due to the Covid-19. When it was installed it only took 4-5 hours to complete and instruct me on its operation. What a great job and machine!
