Love our “wife delivery system”!
The stairlift turned our home into an accessible ranch, enabling us to sell our weekend home and retire in place. I call it the “wife delivery system.” One of our best investments ever.

Ground vs overnight
After two weeks of waiting for the lift to arrive it had bad parts. They had to order new parts. I requested the parts to be overnighted because i didn’t want to wait another two weeks since I had no other way of getting out of my house. My request fell on deaf ears. It took one and a half weeks to get the new parts. Everything is in and working now. Hopefully in the future the company will take into consideration of a handicap person needs to get out of their house and expedite parts.
