Amazing company. Amazing customer service. AMAZINGLY awesome product!!!

I’ve ordered several times from Brumate! It’s always fast shipping and quality products. Customer service is the best around. Shipping during the holidays was slow and I had a lost package. Even though it was of not fault of Brumate they still sent out replacement product free of charge with expedited shipping.

This company goes above and beyond for their customers. The shipping is fast. The customer service is amazing and the owner is an outstanding person! He genuinely loves to see his customers satisfied. The Black Friday cyber Monday order arrived late but it wasn’t brumate’s fault! Once a shipment leaves the place of business it’s no longer their fault. It’s the fault of the postal service. People fail to realize that! I waited a month for my order and never once did I contact Brumate. I was patient. I knew it wasn’t their fault! Brumate is an amazing company with amazing employees.

Love my Brümate's!!!! I've only experienced one issue but customer service fixed it and I had abreplacement within a week. I get so many compliments and I never have to wonder which drink is mine :)
