I have ordered multiple times and there was only once I had an issue, which it was resolved as soon as I emailed customer service! There were shipping delays with virtually every company during the holidays this year and BruMate was not immune to that, although everytime I ordered during November and December, my items came in a VERY timely manner and most came before the "estimated" arrival date. I will be a lifetime customer!

The vast majority of my orders, shipments and returns with Brumate have been flawless, as have been the products! Only had one hiccup this holiday season where it took almost 6 weeks for an order to arrive. I was disappointed, but, this unfortunately likely had more to do with current overwhelm of all shipping companies than a reflection on Brumate specifically. I’ll be back until I’ve convinced everyone I know that these are wonderful products!

I use my Brumates for EVERYTHING. I was only going to buy just one and then I realized I needed one of everything. My kids even have their own! Customer service is the absolute best!! They back their product 110% and they listen to what their customers want and OVER DELIVER with every new release!

I love this company so much. The products are amazing and the owner is one of the best. Very honest. Over the holidays, one of my orders was stuck in New Jersey with a crappy shipping company for almost 4 weeks! But they kept us all updated on our orders and I eventually got my order safe and sound! That’s the only bad experience I had with Brumate. I’ve ordered from them about 10 times now and I will continue to order with them!

Brumates products are by far my favorite line of drinkware. They keep my iced drinks cold and they keep the hot temp so well that I usually need to take the lid off to let my coffee cool before drinking when I get to work. Their customer service is fast and fabulous! They're so personable. I cannot wait to order some of the upcoming styles.

Love my Brumates! I use the Pint every day for my water. Keeps it super cold for so long! And love the Slim for my seltzer’s. I’m not a real fast drinker so it’s great the Bru keeps it nice and cold!
