I have 6 different brumates and I absolutely love them!! Even when my backtap was on back order for awhile, customer service was amazing and kept me updated every step of the way!!

Love the products! Bru for life!
Purchased several times over the past two years. LOVED every single item. Most recent purchase was the Black Friday sale and with Covid shipping has been a nightmare and the Bru Crew made sure that I was aware and by some miracle, I received my items just in time for Christmas as they were all presents. Love this company and the hard work that's put in! It shows!

Incredible products!!!!
I’ve ordered over 15 items ranging from slim cans, duos, twists, trios, pints, and fifths. I love every single one I’ve ordered. Shipping has been prompt and the quality of the products in better than expected. These keep my drinks cold for hours! I can honestly say I’m in love with all of my Bru- babies!!

Best customer service!
Placed several orders between November and December. One order was delayed and stuck for days. The owner personally resolved the problem and my gifts arrived Christmas Eve. THE best customer service I have ever experienced!

Products are Amazing
Products are Amazing! Purchased a slim for a friend as a gift she Loves it!! Only complaint is shipping however it was the holidays and I understand delays happen! I do wish customer service would have responded directly versus an automated message as I couldn’t seem to get an update. Ordered the end of Nov and received week of Jan 4th.

Great products!
First of all, the product is amazing! Love the options for different drinks, the color choices and how long it keeps everything cold. In addition, I placed an order very close to Christmas (past the guaranteed delivery for Christmas date), however it still arrived in time for Christmas 😊. Love this company and their products ❣️
