I love this company! I have never dealt with better customer service. They bend over backwards for their customers no matter what.

Brumate is by far more than just cups! While the product is amazing ( I should know I own over 100 of them) the company and it’s owner stands by the product 100%. The product far supersedes and other product on the market, The customer service is outstanding and shipping is very quick. Don’t hesitate, you will not regret purchasing a Brumate.

Never had a bad experience with this company. Their customer service is the absolute best! I had an issue with shipping and they took care of it immediately. They even followed up with personal emails regarding tracking information. I love the products and will gladly recommend to all family and friends

Holidays were crazy this year due to Covid... many company’s (not just brumate) had shipping delays due to this..... this brand went above and beyond to ensure at the last minute that my package arrived in time for presents! They are a wonderful company and I can’t wait to continue to see them grow

I have order from Brumate several times. Orders have always come very quickly minus my Black Friday order. Unfortunately due to an influx in deliveries due to the holidays my order took a little over a month to get to me. I reached out to Brumate CS and they promptly pulled my tracking number to check status. They were very helpful and even offered to rush ship a duplicate order.
