I had a few bumps with my Christmas order and they both (original and replacement) ended up lost in the mail but they gave a me a refund and I was able to reorder and my new order arrived very quickly. With the chaos of holiday and covid shipping delays they really handled it like a boss!

Brumate is the way to go!!! Their customer service is amazing! I ordered a brumate for a Christmas present & the shipping had gotten delayed which making it arrive after christmas. Brumate was not going to let that happen. They 2day shipped me a new order so I can have my mother in laws present for Christmas!!!! How awesome was that! Great company, love all my bru’s can’t wait to see what else they come out with!

BruMate has amazing products and great customer service. I’ve ordered over 15 products over the last 6 months and they are amazing. They keep my drinks cold and coffee hot. I received a damaged cup and customer service was amazing. They expedited a new cup quickly. BruMate is now my go to gift.

Love this company. Have ordered dozens of times from them with no issues. My last order took 4 weeks to arrive in Canada which is very unlike Brumates. I contact them and they had details for me right away, even offered to ship my order again and expedite it (which I didn't not do). Yes, my order took longer than normal, but being Christmas during a pandemic it's not surprising.

I have about 6 brumate cups and list of more I want to get! They are absolutely the best and the customer service is top notch I had a lid that broke and with no issues or problems they sent me out a new one! I won’t use any other cup. I’m a forever customer and have everyone in my family hooked!
