I LOVE BrüMate! We have an unbelievable amount of products from them. It breaks my heart to see the negative reviews left here. We are in the middle of a pandemic at Christmas time. Shipping went haywire EVERYWHERE! However, this is not a norm for BrüMate. They have outstanding customer service!! Their product is amazing! Their warranty, color palette, and product performance, in my opinion, outshines so many other companies!!

If I could give more stars, I would. Any time I have a question or issue with a product, customer service replies in less than 24 hours! They were even talking to me on Thanksgiving! All companies have had shipping issues/delays. Brümate always kept me updated and and continuously apologized! Great products, great company- my only complaint is that I can’t seem to stop buying!

Love love all my products and everything item that I have ordered were exactly what was described on The website. Obsessed with my onyx collection. Every family member received a brumate this year. Can’t wait to order more.

The Brü obsession is real. Nine slims, two juggernauts, an imperial pint, two 3 in 1’s and two uncork’ds... and that’s just for me. I’ve bought for countless friends too. The customer service is top notch. I’ve never had an issue. Dylan and crew were very transparent about shipping issues that came up after Black Friday. I’ll keep buying as long as they keep making Brümates.

There just isn’t a better drink ware company around. I’m obsessed with ice, and to be able to go to bed with a glass full of ice water and wake up in the morning, and have it still full of ice is just magic. I think I gave everyone in my life one for the holidays because once you find something perfect, you want to share with those you love. They also have super exceptional customer service.

Less than ideal shipping experience over the holiday season, took over a month for order to get here. But I know this isn’t true Brumate as I’ve ordered before and ordered since!! Love this company and the products!! Brumate customer for life!!

Great products and great company! Love how well they keep my coffee hot all morning and my ice water I keep on my nightstand has actually been ice cold for 3 nights!! Their customer service is the best I’ve seen too.
