Bru MateReviews of brumate.com

I have ordered from Brümate multiple times- needless to say I have about 30 of them between my boyfriend and I.. all different colors and sizes. We have gotten many family and friends into the brand also. They stay hot or cold for hours, and better than other brands. Their customer service is outstanding. Off all our orders I had one issue, and customer service took care of it immediately. They offered % back or a new item. Never been so satisfied with a product before. Thanks Brumate!

I haven’t had to reach out to customer service but I’ve placed 3 orders online so far and all my items arrived on time annnd not only do they fit my style but they keep my cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot-especially for this mama of 3 I was looking for this. Glad my husband came across the ad-I have everyone asking where I got my cups from and had to order some for the kids too. I think if they came out with bottles or sippy cups for the kids I’d buy those too haha

The products are amazing and the customer service is even better! I’m always ready for the next newest product to launch! Can’t say enough about this company!

Love my brumates! There’s a style for every drink. The colors are so fun and cheery. I’m definitely hooked!

I ordered one of the Onyx Leopard flutes after waiting a few months for them to restock. Unfortunately I ordered during the holidays bummed that I might not get it in time for New Years Eve, BUT fortunately I received it within a week of ordering!! Thank you Brumate, my bubbly stays cold and bubbly!!!
