I’ve been a fan of this company for a couple of years now. It started with one glitter merlot uncorked wine cup and has evolved into about 20 different products, with many on the wishlist. I’ve only ever had one issue, where they shipped the wrong color. The customer service couldn’t have been better or faster. My favorite is the imperial pint, which I use DAILY to keep my water nice and ice-cold.

FANTASTIC!! From the product to the customer service you can’t go wrong with brumate. They dominate with cold, hot, bottled & canned beverages or heck even soup & ice cream. I can’t think of using anything but them ever again.

Every experience I have had with Brumate has been exceptional. I have had them mess up but if I email customer service I get the most amazing service and prompt accommodations. Recently over the holidays, I placed an order that ended up being out of stock when they were fulfilling it, I was contacted within a couple days and given a choice to pick any color in the same product without a price difference. I always feel so well taken care of.

Brumate have great quality and I have ordered several in the past year..Brumate has great customer service and a CEO who reaches out to his customers..

I have always loved this company and referred a few friends/family as well who are now avid buyers. This past time I ordered I received customer service that was unusual to the company. I ordered the day after Thanksgiving and did not receive my order until after Christmas. I contacted both Route (with no response even after my issue was approved after the 15th day of no movement) and Brumate customer service, in which I was told to keep waiting and my est. delivery date was the 24th. My package did not move for weeks on end, I seen multiple people offered replacements etc in order for it to arrive by Christmas where as my complaint I felt was completely ignored. I would have ordered a completely new order if I would have known it would be delivered by Christmas but every-time I emailed I received the same response.. it’s in route and your delivery date is the 24th. After not receiving it on the est delivery date I reached out again and I was told it was still in route yet again. I will continue to use this company still because of the great products but, I do wish that everyone had received the same awesome customer service experience that I had seen others post about.

Brumate has Top notch customer service, always makes things right. Great packaging, fast shipping and the most amazing products. I have about 35 different can coolers and love each one. Selection is amazing!! I’m a brumate customer for life
