Love all pf my Brus especially the slim. Definitely can’t wait for the cooler this summer!!

Like many others my order was a long wait and didn't arrive until after the holidays. I appreciate everything the support team was doing to help the many others with lost or late orders! For myself I feel it was not the company's fault but the shipping company was at fault so for that reason I decided to move around gifts and just wait for my purchase to come no matter how long it was gonna take. I wasn't going to stress over it and I didn't want Dylan and the Brumate crew stressing over it since theres always another holiday to get the gift to the intended person. This was just one of my many purchases from this company and I will never hold it against them. They are a great company with an awesome product that's worth the wait! I really respect that they kept us all updated on what was going on every step of the way. Thank you so much for all you guys do!!!

Brumate is absolutely one of the best products and companies i have ever dealt with. They are small owned and operated. Product is A+++ as well as there customer care. It is hands down the best koozie/drink holder you can buy. I am up to about 15 different ones and have not been disappointed. Trust me you won’t either...

Reading all these bad reviews really is crazy! I’ve never once had an issue with them! I’ve ordered from Brumate about 20 times and have always had an amazing experience. I even once used my old address, got in contact with them and they had it changed on the order in a matter of minutes and still got my order in a timely manner. They have the best customer service. Products are amazing. I will recommend 100 times over to anyone! They have admitted that peak season was crazy for them and they were not truly ready for the rush. They are a newer company and make mistakes, they will learn from this and do better. I think people that complain just like to complain to feel better. I bet if you have them another try you would be extremely happy. Best product ever!! Love my Brumates and always will!

I've ordered from BrüMate many times cause I love their products and the customer service has been OUTSTANDING! The CS team responds promptly and fulfills all needs. Everyone at BM has gone above and beyond, even through the pandemic we are all dealing with. Shipping might have been delayed but its out of their hands due to lack of employees able to work due to Covid at UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. The owner of Brümate has gone above and beyond to notify people buying stuff online that there are shipping delays once stuff leaves their warehouses. I WILL still continue to order from them, regardless of delays. Great things come to those who wait! Keep up the good work BrüMate staff!

I have loved this product from Day 1!! I keep several of this outside for summers by the pool so everyone can have one! During the winter the pints keep my coffee warm! Customer service is great and I have never had an issue with shipping! Thank you Dylan and Brumate for a great product! Definitely a satisfied customer!

Love the products!! The onyx leopard and rainbow titanium are definitely my favorites!!!! Keep my cold drinks cold and my hot drinks hot forEVER. So versatile and trendy!! Definitely recommend!
