Love all Brumate related items. Myself and my boyfriend are obsessed with brumates. We have place and order at least once a month since beginning of summer and have always had great experience. The products are great and we love all the color options and the deals they have. I recommend them to all of my friends and family and this year for Christmas everyone got a Brumate. Love the product!

Brumate is definitely one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, their customer service is amazing. I order from the U.S site for delivery in Australia, it takes time in this current situation but I am kept updated of my orders travels every step of the way. Their products are amazing, I have a condition where I can only drink super cold liquids comfortably, room temperature water is a no go and is very uncomfortable to go down, Brumate cups keep everything cold for hours so I can go about my day knowing I will be able to drink water wherever I go. And they come in the best colours too!! I now own over 20 of these cups and will continue to buy them, they are such a great product and company, I could not recommend them more.

I have placed multiple orders for myself and friends/family and have had nothing but amazing experiences each time! I ordered something as a Christmas present and accidentally selected the wrong color (I was devastated). Luckily I noticed before it shipped because I emailed customer support and bam, in less than an hour they fixed the color selection (less than an hour..on a Saturday!!). I recommend this product every chance I get!

Ordered on Black Friday.. the order was held up by a third party , which was of no fault BruMate’s. I reached out on December 14 and they offered to send me a replacement express. I declined. I did end up getting mine a day before Christmas. BruMate customer support is A+++++. The owner (Dylan) really cares about quality and positive customer service

We have ordered Brumates from the website and bought them in our favorite liquor store. I have given them as gifts and carry them in my purse if we are going out. I LOVE this product. It is seriously the best coozie I have ever owned. My husband and I tell everyone about them and at least one of our couple friends are hooked. I will definitely continue my collection.

When I first heard about Brümate I was extremely skeptical. I wondered if this product was worth the cost and if I would actually use it. Eventually I ordered my first product from them which ended up being for the slim can seltzers such as Truly and White Claw. I was so impressed when I received my order. Not only was the packaging beautiful but it was also functional and the product did exactly what they expected it to do. I ordered Christmas presents from brümate and was a part of the holiday shipping snafu they experienced with one of their partners. They were extremely understanding and were willing to work with me in order to get me the products that I ordered before Christmas and ensured that I had an amazing experience. Just for this reason and for their customer service alone I would give them 5 stars. Not only that, their product is extremely versatile and not only that it is esthetically pleasing. I cannot recommend people try this company's products enough and every time I go out anywhere I always have at least 1 brew mate but usually I bring several so that way my friends can try them and so that they can become as obsessed with this company as I am. I truly hope that new customers do not see these shipping reviews and assume that this is indicative of their normal day-to-day operations and customer service. This company always goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a good experience and stands behind their product 100% and just for that I believe that they deserve your business.
