Mine never shipped, so they refunded my money. Then it delivered on Saturday after Christmas, I emailed customer service to let them know and asked how to return it. They responded saying that I didn’t need to return it and they were sorry for the trouble

There is no other company that I’ve dealt with that has a more professional and impeccable customer service department than Brumate!! I’ve been a customer of theirs for close to (3) yrs now, and every transaction with them has been either seamless or rectified quickly and without argument! With the shipping delays that many experienced this Christmas, Dylan was the only CEO to personally reach out and communicate what the delays were & ensure that every shipment wouldn’t be delivered as soon as it could! That I am proud to be a truly dedicated and loyal customer to Brumate!

I ordered late but still arrived quickly and in time for Christmas! Everything was perfect! The colors are beautiful and they keep everything cold. My family was thrilled with their Brumate gifts!

Brumate has a top priority of great customer service. I have ordered multiple times and any time there is an issue, they are very responsive and aim to make it right. There was an issue with Christmas shipping, and the owner came out and made it known way ahead of time that there would be delays. They then offered to reship anything needed by Christmas if you absolutely needed. I worked with the company owner himself and decided I could hold off, and my delivery did eventually come. While it was late, I was advised ahead of time that it would be, and the company graciously reached out with a discount code, as well as a coupon for a future purchase. Don’t believe the bad reviews, those are clearly not from long term customers of the brand, and purchased at a rough time of the year for every company.

Always amazing!

I have always received my orders 100% correct and within a very short period of time. I have way more brumates than I’d like to admit and I’ll keep coming back for more!
