I have ordered many brumate products and they never disappoint. I had a shipping issue during the holidays (which is understandable) but I contacted customer service and they resolved everything without any hassle. I will continue to buy brumate products for myself and for friends/family for the very distant future!

I absolutely LOVE BrümateProducts.. they are all I ever use now.. I started with a trio I bought at the hospital gift shop I work at.. took it kayaking with me on a 95° day and my drink stayed cold until the last drop, while my friend ended up pouring his drink out bc his got hot (he didn’t have a brumate) since then, I was hooked .. shipping was fast and costumer service is amazing.. now I own 20+. GREAT PRODUCT!

Brumate is great company with amazing products. I have the slim, duo, 3 in 1 and juggernaut. They all keep my drinks cold. Last night when I went to bed I had ice in my juggernaut, I use a cup, tonight after work there was still ice in it. Very happy customer. Thanks Brumate!

I’ve ordered a TON of Brumates and have only ever had minor issues that were immediately resolved by the amazing customer service! One time, one of my items didn’t ship with my order, another time I received a product with a few bubbles in the finish but both times they were replaced and shipped the same day I contacted them. Great products and even better customer service!!!

I am completely obsessed! My drinks stay ice cold and my backtap kept ice for days! Daily I use a trio for cans, a winesulator for water, and a highball for coffee! The company is amazing to work with and so helpful! Once you have your first Brübaby you will be be wanting 100 more.
