I have purchased at least 10-12 products from Brumate. I will NOT ever use a different product!! They are hands down the best company around.

I love brumate and absolutely love giving them for Christmas gifts. Everyone that I bought for absolutely love them as much as I do. I received all my Black Friday items a lot quicker than I thought I would’ve. Thanks for always bringing us new and amazing brumates!!!

I ordered a Bru Mate for a secret sister gift. It arrived super fast, before Christmas and had contact with customer service the whole time just in case there were shipping issues in this crazy year. Could not be happier!!

I'm proud to be part of the BruFam! I currently own 17 Brus and a few accessory pieces. Of the 8 orders that I've placed, there has only been an issue with 1 order (2 items missing). However, customer service (Dylan Jacob has hired some awesome staff) was so helpful and they fixed my order very quickly! They have high-quality items and keep all my beverages nice and cold! They have a variety of styles and colors and are always coming out with new items and colors!

I will always shop Brumate for the amazing products but even more amazing customer service. My Christmas gifts were ordered on Nov 30. Plenty of time for arrival prior to Christmas. 3rd week of December, my order tracking was not updating. I was getting concerned and knew it wasn’t the company’s fault. I was sent a new order via 2 day shipping that arrived on Dec 21. My original order arrived Dec 22, which I promptly sent back. What other company would do that? None that I know of.
