I have never before seen customer service like Brumate has! I made a few orders in November, one I was hoping would be here by Christmas and the other two weren’t as time sensitive. When I mentioned I had a problem, Brumate was on it! I got my package for Christmas and the others came as well. Even though we were pushing the envelope for Christmas it still arrived and I was able to get everything wrapped and under the tree! Thank you so much, Brumate for your outstanding customer service!

I love all of my Brümates! I have purchased many different styles and all are AMAZING! The quality, design, functionality, everything is great. I highly recommend! And I have never had any shipping issues.

Brumate is one of the few companies that go above and beyond in their customer service to make your experience and order right! Having said that; they have run into issues with shipping as of late; I am still waiting on an order that was placed in the few two days of December; however, their customer service is still working on it and it will not prevent me from ordering from them again; truth be told I have a good majority of their products; they are THAT good!

Love love love Bru Mate! I purchase lots. For Christmas I started in September and kept ordering after thinking of someone else to give one too. One for you one for me. My ordered were delivered fast only had one that due to the shipping company’s holiday slow up took a little longer. Bru Mate kept me posted on all my orders and explanation on the slow one. Brie mate keeps your cold drinks cold and hot ones hot with beautiful color or flowers. My favorite and I need more.

Brumate is slowly taking over for all of my cups!! I use them for everything, from coffee to milk to anything else!! Even have my family members asking for them as xmas and birthday gifts!!

We are addicted to these in our house. I plan on replacing our glassware with them because of their versatility, ability to keep beverages cool and hot, and they don't break!
