I give 5 stars for Brumate, simply because the products are perfect! What happens after products leave Brumates warehouse, is out of their control. I have had shipments delivered in busted boxes, opened and retaped boxes, and products jostled so much the containers were damaged. However, Brumate has always been top notch to replace anything that was damaged! I have fell victim to “lost” packages, and the Bru Crew were quick to send out duplicate orders. Therefore, Brumate will continue getting my business!

Customer service is top notch, was super transparent about shipping issues (that wasn’t their fault at all), all of their products are such great quality. Just a great company.

Brumate is the best!!! I use a variety of cups daily for certain things. Their products are amazing! Keeps your drink cold or hot for so long. Makes great gifts too! 10/10 recommend!!!

This company is more than just “cups”. Their customer service is amazing, their products hold up and withstand a lot of wear and tear. I have a Pint for every day of the week for my coffee, which stays hot for hours! Highly recommend!
