I made a checkout error and accidently ordered an additional order I didn't want. I was charged for that item that I didn't want . However, I was offered a discount to keep that item but could not keep it and refunded for that charge. I was very happy with their customer service. I await the products that I do want to try and they are on the way.

The product does not work as they profess. I ordered quite a few products. Pricey. They are very slow on returns, asking several unnecessary questions then not responding. Do not buy.

The reply to my email was quick.I didn't expect such quick service.They were able to update me on the where about of my parcel and once I knew that I was happy to wait a few more days for it to arrive and sure enough 3 days later I received my parcel and I love my result..

The brow powder would not stick to my face and the selection I made with the shape of the eyebrow was too straight and it looks stupid on me I asked for an exchange but they don't do that. So I will not be using them again

I ordered what I thought one stamp but when I looked at my bank account $69.94 had been taken by a company called nymbus llc. I immediately contacted Brow Pro to cancel order but was told it was too late and I couldn’t get a full refund. They suggested I wait for the items to arrive and then I could post it back. Parcel arrived with no return address so I asked for it and after several emails, I’m still waiting for the return address. This has really stressed me out which I don’t need as I have health issues and this has just made things so much worse for me. You have asked for order number, it is (C1DD885602)

It took many emails back and forth with Khloe for me to finally receive the product. The product seems to work well, I've only used it once since I received it yesterday. I did not know it was coming from overseas when I ordered it, I think full disclosure on this would save a lot of the back and forth looking for the product. It took two shipments and almost 3 months for me to get the product. Again Khloe was the reason I didn't ask for a refund.
