Ordered some parts this evening and received a confirmation email. Clicked on my order and it said it was on hold. Used the online chat since it was past their business hours and the person said I needed to call them or email them my phone number and order number! Really?!! I asked why and they ended the chat. Total inconvenience and waste of my time. Update: The items were not in stock yet the description specified they were!

Brownells takes forever to process and ship orders. I order from "mom and pop" sites occasionally and they still ship within 48 hours. Of the orders I've made on Brownells, they all take a minimum of 4 days just to process the order. Good prices on some things, but very slow service.

First and last time i will order from brownels sweden.. so bad service very unpleasant on mails. And relly long shipping time. ! Dont order from this place !

I would give them zero stars if I could. Idiots spent all week trying to "verify" the FFL status of my FFL dealer. Never mind that they have shipped to them several times before. Let's just forget that my FFL twice sent them the paperwork. I finally got fed up and canceled the order. Never, ever again will I do business with those idiots. This experience has convinced me that I should get my FFL and bypass this stupidity. Keep it up Brownells. You'll fold like the rest of them.

It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Materials arrived as scheduled and in good condition. I have shopped at this business twice and it has been good so far

Jag har handlat vid några tillfällen, då det inte funnits andra alternativ. Lång leveranstid och dyr frakt. Svårt att få kontakt, och svårt att få besked o leveranstid. Varor som är "nedsatta" är ofta dyrare än konkurrenter ändå.

I've shopped at brownells for about 7 years. They used to be good even if they where sometimes hard to get a hold of and they sometimes shipped the wrong part; but when they did they corrected it and refunded me for the shipping back and forth so i had no issue with that. However i have Always felt the shipping cost was grossly inflated both from the US site and now from the Swedish site. And about the Swedish site that popped up a couple of years ago: the prices on the Swedish site was as high as 900% compared to the same item on the US site. And the US site was no longer available to Swedish customers. And since i had been buying from the US site for years i knew the import tax and the shipping cost for buying from the US. And the Swedish prices was in no way related to additional cost for import since with tax and customs that usually lands at around 32 %...not 900%, not even 100%! I am very dissapointed in what brownells has become and i wish they would Close their local sites and just let us import.

i ordered a month ago for 90 bucks. nothing arrived yet. wrote 3 e-mails. no answer. called yesterday local seller. he said, he would look up why the package hasn't arrived yet and send me an e-mail but he didn't. it's a pitty. i don't want to loose my money like that.
