Complete Bait and Switch!
Complete Bait and Switch!! I ordered the “Double Dozen Beer Crate” for $112 + Tax. The display on the website showed a “Cool”looking crate, with Beer verbiage on the front of the crate. It looked like something you would keep after drinking the beer. It showed all beers in bottles neatly placed upright in the box. What I actually received was a plain unfinished cheap wooden box, nothing like the picture on the website. The beers were mostly cans, and some bottles. They were just thrown in the box, some cans were dented. Most of the beer was low end brands, Hamms, Papst Blue Ribbon, Micky’s Big Mouth, Coors, Budweiser. Nothing premium, it was probably $20 worth of beer in a plain wooden crate for $112!! When received, I immediately called customer service and explained to them I I didn’t received what was advertised and asked how to return the product they just said sorry no returns. Not even if I wanted to get a different product thru them. Very dissapoimted!! I will never use them again! Bobby T
