Great place... friendly and very helpful staff.

Ryan was extremely helpful to us. I told him what we were looking for and he gave us a variety of choices. He also let us check other models so we were sure of what we wanted. He even came in on his day off the next day when we decided on our fifth wheel. Everyone at Broadmoor is extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Great Experience! Our sales persons Angel and Guy helped us find the greatest travel trailer at the price range we wanted. They both were professional yet friendly and very patient. And our walk through went well with the help of Jordan, who helped us go through and around our brand new trailer with an expert's eye on things that needed attention before we took possession of our new North Trail 22RBK. We will recommend Broadmoor RV to family and friends.

Our Salesman Wayne was great! He gave us the time we needed and answered all of our questions. When we showed up to pick up the trailer we realized the battery supplied was a 12 volt but we had asked for six volt. When mentioned to the tech he said we would need to take it up with the salesman. He then said they would swap out the battery but they would need to charge me 1/2 hour labor. I asked for a wrench to do it myself as a battery swap takes about 5 minutes. There was obvious tension between the shop and the salesman. I felt rushed and unwanted when picking up the trailer. It felt as if they had our money and wanted us gone and we no longer were important to them.

Jason, our Salesperson, was so helpful and DID NOT oversale, or show us anything that we didn't want to see. Joe, the walkthrough guy, was excellent and very patient with all our questions.

Salesman Dave was very patient with me to help me figure out what was best for our family. Rich was also superb in giving us details of the functioning of the unit.

We appreciated the professionalism and friendly manner shown to us by Fred Davenport in the purcahse of our 2019 RV. Fred was patient and accomodating as we made our decisions. He even gave up some of his time on his days off to finish handling our transaction. We'd also like to sincerely acknowledge the wonderful attitude and help given to us by Jordan as we had the walk-through before taking our new RV off the lot. He is a wonderful employee at your establishment!

Our salesman was excellent- Guy Lovelady- he worked very closely with us. Making sure that the RV we bought was suitable. Molly-finance was personable and accommodating. Walk through staff covered so many things to assist in our transition to RV life. Parts department made it happen in the addition of the washer and dryer. Staff on pick up very helpful. Battery was had died over night . Staff successfully hooked up RV to truck. But... many of the things to be completed were not complete ie box for battery, venting of microwave was not to outside as told, RV has loose trim, bedroom door will not stay open, Nd edge of bedroom door is very rough- needs to be filed to edge or cut off . This showroom staff was excellent and the area was very inviting.
