Sales and Service personnel were great.

We chose not to purchase extended warranty’s The fellow that closed our deal made it sound as if we should because the trailer will break down. My wife questioned whether we were buying a bad trailer. She was not happy with his reply

Experience was fine until after the sale. Over 2 weeks waiting for the service department to contact me about warranty issues.

I loved the service, not pushy or felt pressure to make a purchase. Jordan was very helpful in my orientation. We are currently camping and living it, no problems encountered.

Offered less than sticker. They came back with nothing less than sticker. I upped my offer but they again came back with their sticker. By not moving a single dollar I now feel the negotiation was a “win -lose” with me losing. You do not want a customer to feel the process was a “win-lose” as I f do not feel satisfied in the process.

Great sales staff, forthright about prices. Service people were also superior to accommodate our add-ons and special requests. Bought a Nash trailer, which we are very pleased with as well.

Sales was great. The walk through was fine. When we got our trailer up to camp spot the batteries were dead. I asked about them. They said they would check them. I took the cover off. Because we were smelling bad fumes. One of the acid caps. Was off no acid in the battery. It was smoking. Putting off a terrible smell. I had to unhook the battery. I put 2 bottles of water in it. And tried to charge it. It continued to smell. Had to go to town 2 hrs away and get new batteries. Outside and bedroom speakers don’t work. They said they did. But they don’t. Opened the two tabs on the outside vent for the stove. And the vent fell in the ground. The ear on one side was broke off. Allowing the vent to fall off. I will talk to Broadmoor RV. When I get off vacation. Understanding this was a $24,000. Used trailer. But think the PDI. Wasn’t done very well. Shouldn’t of has these issues. Also. I don’t believe the water heater is working on elec. but I will have it checked out.
