In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck. Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually. The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. Broadmoor RV SuperStore has Super People, Super Service and Super Prices all in one place. Come in and let them prove it!Broadmoor RV is conveniently located near the areas of Richland, West Richland, Kennewick, Pasco and Walla Walla.

Two trip to get warranty issues corrected. Have been asking for code to the gun safe for a year and a half with NO response. The gun safe code is supposed to be part of the manufacture's documentation package.
Contacted trailer OEM regarding safe code. Had a reply within 24 hours. Opened safe and found documentation inside safe!

No service after sale
Service was good until the paperwork was signed. No service, help or anything after the sale was over.
I had major issues after the purchase, The hydraulics were leaking all over the front cabinet. I called the salesman and he asked for pictures. This was a week ago and I have not received and call, email or text.
I drove 16 hrs each way to buy a 125k trailer and then get treated like this.
If I had to do it over I would not have gone to this dealer knowing that they would not care about me after the sale.

Trailer was not ready to go as…
Trailer was not ready to go as discussed (was headed direct to AK directly). It had a slide obviously out of alighment I needed to point out, upon adjustment of slide the slide gear was broken. No spare parts to fix so coming from out of state I had to take " as is"
Some minor manufacture issues with the Arctic Fox keep it from being the unit it could and should be at the price point. The TV mount is screwed into just the paneling with no backer, that didnt make it even out of the state. draw faces fell off shortly after and needed glued. Not here to bash, mostly minor things that could easily be addressed. Nice comfortable unit, just needs a little TLC to get right.

Very nice people but failed to detect…
Very nice people but failed to detect and fix problems with our new trailer. The defects were mostly minor and not worth a 150 mile trip back to get repaired. The toilet paper holder was installed backwards and screw holes were stripped. Several small bolts on the slide-out were stripped. The plastic sliding cover on the screen door was missing (still not sent after 2 weeks notice). The toilet sink trap was not properly tightened and leaked. The hole cut for the cigarette lighter-usb outlet was cut too large so the screws had nothing to grab. This outlet was hanging out during check out and the technician just shoved it back in. No response from my complaint letter.

Looked into the door slide and found out that it is on order and estimated delivery date is 4/20. I have marked my calendar to check on it at that time.

Promises for credits were not noted…
Promises for credits were not noted until I asked and then I was left waiting in an office while the finance manager 'checked'. Even after they honored the credit they made sure I knew 'they don't do this anymore'. THEN WHY OFFER IT AS A PART OF THE SALE. Worse, my RV had a vent that was completely closed. I had to cut it out myself to get heat working. That's unacceptable. There are better RV stores out there. I would not do business with Broadmoor again.

Montana Fifth Wheel Purchase and Delivery
Our salesperson, Fred, was knowledgeable and helpful without pressure. The process of determining our choice of unit and making the deal on a Saturday was easy and fairly fast. We made arrangements to deliver our trade-in, handle the paperwork, and pick up the new unit the following Saturday. We had a set appointment time to handle the paperwork and the walk-through of the new unit. The salesperson asked us to arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointment with our trade-in so the inspection of the trade-in could take place prior to our appointment time. We dropped the trade-in exactly 30 minutes prior to the appointment time. The salesperson had us take a seat in the sales area during the time the trade-in was to be inspected. He returned to ask us a couple questions regarding the trade-in during that time. Our actual appointment time to handle the paperwork and walk-through of the new unit came and went. Our salesperson, Fred, returned a few times and indicated they were running behind in the shop on walk-throughs and deliveries. After more than an hour had past beyond our appointment time we expressed concern about the delay and asked the salesperson if we needed to make another appointment and come back, as we had other things we needed to accomplish. Our salesperson said he did not have any control over the service department walk-through process. Finally, nearly 1 & 1/2 hours after our appointment time we were called in to sign some paperwork and taken to the new unit for our walk-through. My wife had other pressing tasks, so she just stayed long enough to look at the washer-dryer pair we had installed in the unit and left. I remained for the balance of the walk-through. The unit was well cleaned for delivery. The technician that handled the walk-through seemed knowledgeable and pointed out the details of system operations. However, as we were approaching the end of the walk-through, the technician attempted to demonstrate the fireplace operation and was unable to get the fireplace to function. The technician called the technician that prepared the unit and he said the fireplace had been working. The walk-through technician finally concluded it was non-functional. I asked him to call our salesperson to the fifth wheel, which he did. It was agreed they would see if another Montana in stock had the same fireplace in functional condition and install it, or a new fireplace would be ordered and installed. I agreed to return to take delivery when a functioning fireplace was in the unit. I asked to check the installation of the goose-box we had Broadmoor install on the fifth wheel to make sure the clearances to the pickup would be correct. We made that check and determined the goose-box installation was as it should be. Also, the fifth wheel was winterized when we first looked at it and we told our salesperson we wanted it delivered winterized. The technician that prepared the fifth wheel for delivery dewinterized the trailer. So I asked the fifth wheel be rewinterized while the fireplace issue was being dealt with. I left, assuming it would be some number of days later I would receive a call saying a new functioning fireplace was installed and I could pick up the fifth wheel. I actually received a call later that day saying the unit was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, the same technician that earlier conducted our walk-through met me. He indicated there was actually nothing wrong with the fireplace and that he had simply not known the location of a power switch on the fireplace. He showed me the fireplace operation and I was able to depart with the fifth wheel. There is one cabinet piece in the interior that has a finish defect. Broadmoor said they ordered a replacement for the piece and would call when it arrived. I have not yet heard back regarding the replacement piece. Although some of the experience has been good, the delays on delivery day were significant.

All attempts are made to adhere to the schedules made but as issues arise the schedule may get out of sync causing delays. It sounds like despite the time constraints everything worked itself out. Please be assured that if you have any questions in the future you can contact Joe or Charles, our walk-thru technicians.

We love the camper we have choosen have…
We love the camper we have choosen have not had the opportunity to take it out yet. I did find a table that had damage the day after we got it home and they we great and ordered a new one for us. What I was disappointed in is the customer service. We went one weekend and asked to go out on our own to look which they allow we went home after and discussed. I called and made an appointment they set us up for monday at 530. Our person was not available so they said to go ahead to the camper and they would send him out very hot day so a little after 6 I told my husband let's go back in no one is coming. Once inside we ran into him and let him know we wanted to purchase after filling out some papers and being told no problem except now to late to process and tomorrow is end of month so they asked if we could come back and offered 150.00 gift card I asked for later in day as I had a tight schedule at work they asked if we could come at 1 I stressed that was not a good time for me the only way is if they had everything ready so I could sign and go as it did not work for them to have me come later they said not a problem. We are there 5 min early at 115 we are still waiting I ask how long its gonna be someone comes out and asked if we are in a hurry I explained when we set this up you knew my short time frame so he offers us a 150 gift card I mention the one they offered yesterday so that changed his offer to have them start are paperwork which was suppose to be ready. I just feel if they make appointments they need to be ready or at least communicate which did not happen either time. It was a month end sale and that was what mattered to them from what I can tell.
