Broadmoor RV treated me right, they earned my "5 Stars" rating, The sales person (Marta) greeted me nicely asking how she could help me. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for. Her familiarity of their huge inventory and knowledge of the products simplified my search. While I had an idea of what I wanted...with her help I was able to narrow my search considerably. I shopped other lots that didn't have near the variety of trailers that I saw at Broadmoor. While I found exactly what I wanted, it wasn't what I thought I was looking for. Broadmoor's huge inventory and Marta's knowledge of the products made this possible. Holly made me familiar with a range of financing options, it was quick, easy...even fun! After my purchase Skyler in the Service Department suggested options that personalized the RV to better meet my needs and focused on how I plan to use it. Installation of the additional equipment was top notch. I AM a satisfied customer.

Received excellent assistance from sales, maintenance, and from the final walk-thru inspection. I was able to leave the same day with the used model we had been looking for. Highly recommend.

We received excellent customer service the minute we walked in the door. We got there before they were officially open so our Salesperson, Wayne, wasn't in yet. The receptionist got the Manager who welcomed us and called Wayne who was on his way. He took us right to what we wanted and we did make a purchase which went very smooth. Upon return to pick it up, our walk through was with Charles who was awesome. Everyone in that department was very nice. It was so refreshing and amazing to work with a company that didn't consider you "dead" once you made a purchase. We would HIGHLY recommend Broadmoor and wouldn't hesitate to go back again for another purchase. We had to drive 3 hours one way so that says a lot!!!

Ryan was our sales person he was great working with us via E-mail, texting and phone calls setting us up buying our trailer and then meeting us on his day off when we arrived to pick up. The crew that readied the trailer were very knowledgeable in explaining features. All the staff were very helpful and answered all our question I definitely would recommend Broadmoor to my friends.

Our sales person Marta was the bomb. This review isn't about Marta I know she can only do what they allow to be done. The problem we have is you buy a trailer (not cheap either) but Broadmoor is no sewer hose included it's extra. Then we upgraded stuff ,30 gallon propane tanks doesn't come with cover it's extra. Then 6 volt batteries no handles to get them out of the battery holder wait for it.it's extra. The pressure regulator for hooking up to city water, it's extra. Every time one of these came up they said we gave you a $25.00 gift card. Also the lady signing papers was very pushy about extended warranty we said no, but was a battle to get past this. At the walk through screen door not latching and fridge light not working, light works but they didn't get the screen door fixed. Then had to get them to change the hitch so the trailer would ride level. Have the equalizer adjusted wrong so I need to readjust it, there is no weight on the truck at all. I'm surprised we got a spare tire cover but I guess they want the advertising. I can send it back so you can save some more money.
