We presently find ourselves traveling back and forth across the US twice a year with our much loved Magoo. Bring Fido has improved that travel in a significant way, particularly when it comes to finding good dog parks and dogs friendly places to eat. We recommend Bring Fido without reservation.

Thank you so much for your kind words, Steve. We love helping you and Magoo on your adventures!

We found the Cobblestone Inn using BringFido.com. It's my new favorite website for finding hotels because it puts all the pet information front and center. This information can be so hard to find using other hotel websites. My pup, James, and I loved this cute, clean, quaint hotel. It felt very safe with lots of grassy areas around for him to relieve himself (which was also listed on the website). My favorite peice of listed information was that pets are allowed to be left unatrended in the hotel for a few hours, which made it so helpful if I needed to run out for something. I really appreciate BringFido and will continue to utilize their services!

A few weeks back we were looking for dog friendly places near us. The first two places we went to said they didn't allow dogs and never did. Jessica from BringFido replied to my email with: "Sometimes restaurants forget to update us on their policies..." Which begs the question: Why would any business that never allowed pets attempt to update BringFido on a policy that never existed? The next few businesses we phoned first only to find out they were long out of business. So we struck out on 7 out of 7 recommendations from BringFido. The site is obviously way out of date and misinformed. We found it much easier to do a simple search on Yelp for "dog friendly restaurants near me". Most restaurants are Yelp reviewed, so even if one doesn't inform Yelp they are out of business, the reviewers will usually inform Yelp that they are closed.

We're so sorry that you've run into this experience so many times, Brian. It is a bit puzzling, as we genuinely work hard to ensure the resources we offer are updated. Our customer service agent was correct in that properties often do not notify us of changes, though it would be exceedingly rare that we list somewhere that was never pet friendly. Once you notified us of this, we would have removed that listing from our site. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to help you in your searches in the future.
