The hotel we had scheduled in Rocky Mount, North Carolina had a water issue and cancelled our confirmed reservation. Jessica George from Bring Fido called, left a message and sent an email explaining the situation. We called her back and she very efficiently found another accommodation in the same area and quickly booked it for us. This could have been a very stressful situation since we were in transit to the hotel. Jessica and Bring Fido definitely looks after its clients. Kudos to both. Thank you and will will use you whenever we take our dear Rhodesian Ridgeback Geno on a road trip.

Good site to share dog friendly spots

Bringfido.com has now become my go-to for hotel accommodations when traveling. Their customer service is incredible & it’s such a relief to not have to double check potentially outdated hotel pet policies.

We had a suite on the ground floor right by the door to go outside. Great price and the free hot breakfast was a treat. BringFido made it as easy as pie. On short notice no less. I will always use them when we bring Yogi on a trip.

I thought I would get the best price booking through BringFido, but I ended but paying almost 16% more than if I had just walked in the door at the motel and paying them!

We ALWAYS use BringFido when we travel. Our pup comes with us everywhere; we wouldn't think of leaving him home or in a kennel. Have never had a bad experience, and the folks who answer the phone at customer service are SO FRIENDLY.

The minute I entered my card info on Fido it was stolen and used. Luckily I had my email opened at this time and was alerted about this activity. Had to cancel card. There site was apparently breeched by hackers, Not a secure site. Don't use it.
