We're so sorry the hotels weren't aware of your dog prior to your arrival. We do relay the information to the hotel in various ways, but each circumstance may be different. If your reservation is booked in advance, we do also have a team that calls to do a verbal verification with the property prior to your stay unless the property has requested otherwise. For all same day arrivals, we request for you to book with our reservation team at 877-411-3436. We hope that we'll be able to assist you again in the future.

We're so sorry that your stay was less than satisfactory. Studio 6 has a few more amenities than Motel 6, but it can be quite different than suites at other hotels. We did want to address the difference in charges you mentioned. The $184 rate should be the amount that the hotel charged our company for your room. This is a wholesale rate that is offered to 3rd parties, and it's not a rate that is available to the general public. We apologize for the confusion.

We're very sorry you had such a negative experience and apologize for the confusion. We do not currently have an Australian site, though we plan to offer that in the future. You are able to adjust the currency at the bottom of our website and that will carry through the purchase process. If you do not manually make this change to your country's currency, the default USD will be displayed and is what will be charged, along with the expected exchange rate. We can certainly look into making this a little more clear and appreciate your feedback.

Katie, this is really disappointing and absolutely not the norm. You note that you've used our service several times in the past, so we sincerely hope that you'll give us another opportunity. If you are willing to reach back out to our support team at [email protected], I'd like to look further into your experience and see how we can make it right. The only time we can't guarantee that we'll speak with hotel before your arrival is if you've made a same day reservation and will be checking in that very afternoon/evening. Otherwise, your room should absolutely have been confirmed ahead of time.
