BringFido takes the guesswork and trouble out of trying to find a motel when traveling with a dog. Recently booked a room for four nights for me and two large dogs. Great experience! No surprises at check in! Lovely room and large dog walking area.

This site is not reliable at all. They do not stay up to date with hotel policies, which change often. I had booked a non-refundable trip through BringFido. Turns out the hotel was NOT pet friendly, and 2 days before my trip Bringfido just told me “Well, you don’t have to bring your pet and you can still stay at the hotel.” Yeah sure, that makes sense? I had to fight with them for weeks to get my money back for THEIR mistake on not staying up to date on hotels policies. Needless to say, did not get to go on my trip and the hassle was not worth it at all. They were rude and unprofessional about the whole thing.

Hi Liz, we're so sorry you had a negative experience. We are constantly updating pet policy information for the hundreds of thousands of properties on our site. They do sometimes make changes and we have a process in place to catch those before your day of arrival, which is what happened here. Some of our guests do make the choice to leave their pets at home if they are really set on their choice of hotel, so we try to accommodate all types of travelers with that option (though we wouldn't want to go without our dogs either). As for that delay in getting your refund, that can certainly take a little time to fight on your behalf with the hotel and secure your refund, so we apologize for the wait time on getting the money issued back to your card. But that would never be in doubt, if our pet policy info needed to be updated. We stand by that policy 100% of the time.

We recently booked a room with BringFido for the first time on our last trip. The hotel accidently charged us for the room, as did BringFido. The actual room charge on the hotel invoice was $70 less than the BringFido charge. Unfortunately, BringFido insists we pay the marked up price after weeks of negotiating. BringFido is anything but your best friend.

Hi Janet, we're so sorry this happened to you. BringFido never charges a surcharge or any other fees, and we certainly can't increase rates. However, in looking into your case, it's clear how you were given that impression by the hotel when they double charged you at the time of check out with a new rate. We'd like to continue working on this for you, if you're amenable to that. I'll have our team reach back out to you.

First time using BringFido and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They got back to me right away. The place we stayed at was perfect. Any further stays with our furbabies we will definitely go through BringFido!

BringFido is amazingly helpful. I have booked all the hotels for my trip through them and they have helped with cancelations, changing reservations and special requests. I have the app on my phone too. I will be using their service for future trips

This app is a a must if you are traveling with your dog. Easy to find motels, ( I haven't tried the other places e.g. restaurants) and book them through the app.
