The facility was very nice. The dog was treated very well by staff! The access to grass was convenient, clean and simple to access. The hotel did have a musty smell near the exercise room that smelled like mold. An expert should check that out. Check in was simple and check out was kind of self serve. Cindy did a great job with the breakfast and was very personable with all the gusts. The A/C worked great and my dogs and I were very happy there.

Customer service has been very helpful in sorting out a problem with a hotel which charged us for not staying with them because they no longer accepted dogs, but did not inform BringFido. Have used BF before and always excellent.

Used this app extensively for booking hotels and finding amenities during a 4 day cross country road trip that had us going through 5 different states. No issues with any of the bookings and found some great dog parks as well

I love the idea of an easy to use website to find places to stay with my family and pet. The one downside was the room I had originally purchased through the website was not technically a pet room at a bed-and-breakfast. The website did call me to notify me and asked me to call them back when I had an opportunity however the hotel called me first and I was able to fix it with them. My only suggestion is that bring fido.com somehow double checks to make sure the rooms that they offer are pet friendly.
