My therapist left with no warning and …
My therapist left with no warning and you just randomly assigned another therapist without consulting me. I wrote to support last week and have heard nothing from your organization. It was nice until you screwed it up.

We recognize the importance of building a relationship with a provider and the value in having the same care team throughout a member’s treatment. If a provider is no longer able to support members, we always work to place a member with another appropriate provider, based on their individual needs and treatment progress, in a timely manner. This app changed my life!
This app changed my life!! After winding up in the emergency room with high blood pressure and terrible mental health struggles this app got me ALL THE WAY together!!!! I adore my therapist and my psychiatrist! Having quality accessible mental health care is a game changer. Thank you BrightSide!

I think it’s a great service
I think it’s a great service. However, the scheduling feature needs improvement. The inability to choose an appt time more than 2 weeks out is bothersome.
