I love my therapist and my psychiatrist! I’m very happy

I knew I needed to be back on medication. I struggled just to get the courage to make an appointment. Best decision I have made. My doctor is awesome, not like the rest. The video calls are perfect. I don't have the fear of being locked up in an institution. I really believe making my first appointment saved me. I can't thank you enough.

Brightside is easy to use and has a really nice online dashboard that has neat tools available. While I am not great about keeping up with the lessons they are really helpful. I really like my therapist, we are able to have constructive conversations and she provides me with helpful feedback and perspectives. I'm happy with my choice of therapy services.

Easy to get and make appointments and reasonable prices without insurance. The providers have been wonderful. The app doesn’t always work well though.

Not charge customers an outrageous amount for missing an appointment when the insurance company pays the bulk of the cost. It makes people quit therapy altogether. At least it did for me. I will never use the Brightside Health EVER again. Enjoy my one time $70 charge, instead of my once a week $15 copay, PLUS whatever you charge my insurance company. So short sided. The CEO is a moron. I can hear “whitey” now “let’s fleece them if they miss their appointment, so it doesn’t happen again! We will get our money either way!”

I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. Really appreciate this appointment /service focused solely on my mental health.
