Like many my intro to Brickell was the free sample kit that they advertise on Social Media. I thought the products were amazing and ordered some of the full products. I was disappointed to find that the retail moisturiser in particular had a different consistency to the sample. The sample had felt like a very premium product and worked really well but the full retail version felt like a watered down version in every way. I contacted Brickell on their website to ask about this and didn't get the courtesy of a reply. Maybe I am alone in this and just got a bad example but hard to know. Still a good product and to be fair it lasts longer than they advertise on their site but it feels like a bit of a bait and switch to offer the really good stuff to get people interested and then offering a slightly less good product when they buy, especially at this price point.

I ordered the sample kit, great products I must say but when I went to order the products on their website, OMG prices are EXTORTIONATE ! So left it right there.

I ordered the scented sample kit. There seems to be 2 different kits, I got the smaller. It was delivered quickly via Amazon. First the scent is quite nice, mild but not that masculine.  The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner will only last a few days so long enough to properly test, but for these items I don't think they are any better than general brands 1/5 of the price.  The Face wash, Charcoal Face wash and the Face Scrub all appear to work well (the samples lasted about 2 weeks) and I can feel they cleaned my face very well. But again, I don't think they worked any better than simple low cost products. The face moisturiser (lasted about 2 weeks) was good, but again didn't offer anything that my existing low cost moisturiser offered. The eye cream was again good and I already used a premium eye cream of similar cost, but this eye cream wasn't any better and left the skin shiny whereas the moisturise left the skin with a matt finish so the eye areas did stand out a little! You only use a very small amount so the sample will last at least 4 weeks. The Day Serum was very nice. Its quite watery but soaks in well. The Anti Ageing cream is quite thick and left my face feeling soft and velvety. This is probably the best sample and one only one I may buy. All in all they are good products but feel they are all 4 to 5 times the price of other good products, but they are not 4 to 5 times better.

I ordered the sample pack and was extremely impressed with the products. If I was rich, Brickell would be my go to brand. Unfortunately the prices are exorbitant.

Love the products and bought loads... my only complaint is the price. I think its all just too expensive. I've unfortunately left for a much cheaper natural mens brand which works just as well. I think the prices need to come down before I could rate it 5 stars.

Received the sample start kit which to be fair was an great amount of samples for just the post of costage. However the eye cream, despite being made of natural ingredients, caused large red swollen rashes just below my eyes a few minutes after applying. I have no allergies and have used 100's of products over the years without issue. Unfortunate.

Excellent customer service and fast delivery! Products are excellent. Highly recommend.
