I ordered scented trial box set through Brickell website. I didn't have any issue to receive my products - very quick delivery ... but it's so no my kind of products. I tried face cream, eye cream and shampoo and I was so not impressed by smell of it OMG. If you not only looking for good effects but important for you is a scent of the products do not order Brickells as you will be disappointed as I was.

Ordered the trial kit as I am looking for a skincare set that works for me. After 2.5 weeks, I didnt receive the kit so contacted them. I recieved a refund after the second attempt at contacting them however what I really wanted was to try their products (hence the initial order). Obviously don't want my business.

I ordered the free sample kit which arrived after a few days and was really surprised how much product was in it , the scented kit smells fairly pleasant although might not be for everyone but they do an unscented version. The products are amazing! night/day serums and anti aging cream work wonders the toner is really refreshing and works! The eye cream has noticable effects after a week. The kit has cleared up my complexion and plumped up my skin. The only down side is the quite high price of the full size products but with the effects they have they're worth it.

I order my sample kit at the beginning of April and it arrived promptly without any delay. I was surprised to se so much product, also the guide was helpful even though some product was missing but I just used what was similar to that from the kit. It actually did miracles to my skin (it was not that bad before, but I still could see the difference). Obviously some product finished before than the other one but first of all it's a sample kit and no one expect it to last forever. It was actually very helpful to try it before buying full package. I ended up buying anti ageing complex which I'm enjoying. Especially I should notice a face mask, it's very good. I liked scented kit, but the smell probably not for everyone, so probably would advise to go for unscented kit if someone has allergy or intolerance.

I have been looking for great, natural, cruelty-free, men's skin products from a company that is BS free and finally found it. I tried the free sample kit and discovered many products I really liked that work well. While other products included in the sample kit were either outside my interest or irritated my skin, it was nice to be able to try them out and parse out what was best for me. Fortunately, since this was the point of the kit and their was no subscription service to deal with, I could decide what products I actually like or would even use, and go from there. I appreciate the simplicity of dealing with this company. The free kit arrived in a few days (only paid shipping) and since then, I have made several orders and purchased the following products that I love: The balancing toner, facial scrub, clarifying face wash, mint body wash & deodorant, sea salt spray, and the shampoo & conditioner. All of the products leave me feeling clean and fresh and they are enjoyable to use. My partner even uses the facial scrub and loves it. Several close friends and family around me have noticed I have been taking better care of my skin, and this really is testament to the success of these particular products for me. The packaging is fine (I think some sort of eco-friendly option could be an improvement), and the labels are good quality and don't change as they get wet or anything. The branding is modest, clean and well done. To cap it off, every order I have placed has arrived in 1-2 business days, using the cheapest shipping option. Great company!

Love the products they offer, the fact they make use of natural ingredients really appeals to me. I'm a fan of their products and was drawn in my the offer of a sample pack. Admitidly the pricing of the products are on the higher end of the scale especially for mens products however I will be returing in the near future. Over all a good experience overall. You can tell the company really pays attention to detail and offer a decent product that stands out. Keep up the good work

I ordered the scented sample kit. Almost everything smells like toothpaste and is so strong it stings your eyes. I also used the Night Serum which burned my forehead (it's still burning 12 hours later) and I now have a rash all along where I used it. Suffice to say, I probably won't be ordering from them again 🤣

Great products, great results but can’t give them 5 stars are they are very expensive. That said I do still buy the products but use them as sparingly as possible!
