Placed a large and expensive order which arrived missing some quite expensive products. On the Brickell website it says order fulfilled and on the tracking status order delivered.......so where are my items?? Now the real fun begins as Brickell have no customer service dept. Order is delivered via amazon who won’t take any responsibility and so I have been left using Facebook messenger, and instagram trying to get some support to help me receive my missing items. Yep, I’ve not heard a thing. But they have blocked me from all platforms. I am writing this for others as Brickell have stolen hundreds of pounds from me and I don’t want anyone else to go through the frustrating and demoralising shopping experience that I’ve had

Their acne control routine has ruined my face! As expected an initial breakout occurred a few days after I started using their products which was supposed to clear within a couple of weeks. 3 months down the line and my acne was never this bad in my life! Tried to get hold of their customer service but no luck. No response to emails and facebook messages. I was forced to stop using their products as it was getting seriously bad and had do purchase LaRoche Posay. Hopefully, it will help clear my skin again and the bad experience with Brickell won't leave any acne scars...

I didn't like the products I purchased. They made my skin feel sore and dry. The website claims you can get a full refund, you just need to pay for postage. However they make it impossible to get any details of where to return items. I have emailed 4 times and tried to contact them via Chat on their website. No one responds. Very upsetting seeing how expensive it is!

left a negative review on facebook stating that the products werent as expected, theyve blocked me from commenting on their wall. Avoid this company, theyre shady

I prodotti per me sono della qualità alta che decantano e questo va ammesso in onestà, tuttavia son molto costosi rispetto ai competitor di uguale fascia e la texture dei loro prodotti non mi piace, come il loro idratante che mi lascia la pelle molto lucida e il detergente che invece la secca troppo. In linea generale comprerei più che i prodotti per il grooming giornaliero, il loro shampoo. Quello è davvero ottimo. Nonostante questo (e nonostante la mia pelle sensibile arrossata) comunque gli effetti positivi ci sono stati applicando i loro prodotti.

I've used so many different skincare routines having begun my journey at 11 years old (I'm an actor, so even back then was worried about premature ageing haha!) and I genuinely didn't find something that truly worked for a reasonable price until age 35 when I started using Brickell. I only use the Purifying Charcoal Facewash, Daily Essential Face Moisturiser, and Renewing Face Scrub, and supplement this with other brands for specific purposes (eye care, primer, sun protection). I've tried a bunch of the other Brickell products, but they weren't for me. The moisturiser with SPF, for example, left a chalky residue and I didn't like it at all - 80% of the full size bottle is sitting in my bathroom cabinet which I really should get rid of. Those three products, however, I've found to be absolute top notch, and I have no plans on changing. Now I just have to hope these guys stay in business for a long time! And that's why i'm giving them 5 stars to prop up the rating.

Extremely overpriced products. The sample kit is terrible, eye cream made my under-eyes burn and go red, charcoal face wash does literally nothing, others I tried were just as bad. I had to throw all of the ones in the trash that I have tried so far after one use. Deodorant have a nice fresh mint smell but makes me sweat more???

Paid for the samples and guess what, got none. Then wrote an email to customer service and provided the tracking number where it was explicit that I never received it and 2 months after, still no reply. I wouldn't trust them at all, seems like a scam or something.
