​I was suddenly charged $122.87 for an order (#993976) that I did not authorize. I reached out to customer support immediately just a few minutes after they charged me to cancel the transaction and request a refund before the items shipped. ​A representative named Kevin responded, claiming I had missed the fine print and opted into a recurring "Subscribe & Save" plan. Despite catching the charge right away, Brickell completely refused to cancel the order using the excuse that it was already sent to the warehouse for "speedy delivery." ​Instead of simply stopping the unauthorized charge and voiding the shipment, they are forcing me to wait for an unwanted package to arrive so I can go through a tedious return process just to get my own money back. Their checkout process is highly misleading if it locks you into expensive recurring shipments without clear consent, and their refusal to offer a basic cancellation window for disputed charges is unacceptable. Be very careful placing orders with this company because will get charge without authorizing anything

Avoid at all costs. They are scammers Their products are bad and useless and their customer service and return policy are the worst! There are much better quality products out there with professional customer service.

Highly deceptive marketing and customer service scheme. Had no idea I was signing up for a "subscription" -- don't even like the product now that I've tried it and don't want another one. BUT -- there's literally NOWHERE on this site to cancel your "subscription" you didn't sign up for. It's just an endless feedback loop of "Before You Go" S#!T. SO. DONE.

Did not sign up for a subscription. Shipped the same products that I just bought 30 days ago. Like the products just do not like how Brickell does business. Customer service is no help.

I purchased a couple of products from this company to try them out. They are nothing out of this world, and their eye cream ended up burning the skin around my eyes. I then received an email from them telling me they tried to charge my credit card for a card that had been cancelled because they arbitrarily put me on a subscription program for the same crappy products I had purchased not even a month before. I didn't sign up for an automated subscription. If I had known this in advance, I would not have even bothered ordering. Their marketing tactic is deceitful; they come across as desperate rather than thoughtful and caring. Be careful before ordering anything from this company.

Terrible customer service they would not allow refund and cancellation when it hasnt been a day since i bought oaid 20$ for shipping not going to get that back for a service i did NOT SUBSCIRBE TO don’t be scammed

A bad company that won't cancel the order.

I think the products are amazing but however, the customer service is horrible. I had $111 taken out of my account when I tried to stop the order. I was told that it was too late. It still hadn’t shipped. I’ve got no help as much as I love the products. I’m not using the service again.
