Think it’s a bit of a scam. Got the free set and wasn’t impressed with much but ouchased the anti ageing cream at same time. Strange texture like putting greasy mouse on your face. Smells like toothpaste. For me these are not premium products just like someone has made some concoction up in their kitchen. Kiehls age defender sets are miles better. I bought kiehls vit c serum and eye, with using age defender over it feels amazing

Be careful when ordering sample set
As other reviews have said, be careful when ordering the sample kit. You are not warned of the €6.50 shipping charge before it goes through on your card. Although I haven't yet received the set, I know I won't be ordering from Brickell again after this experience. Feels a bit like a scam, even if it's not!
I had a separate issue with a shipping address, although it took 4 days for Brickell to get back to me after messaging by facebook and email, they resolved the issue without any trouble.

Love/Hate relationship with this product line
As a long-time user of many professional quality face and body products such as Mac, Prescriptives, Clinique, Tiege, Ren, Ole Henricksen, and some others, I can truly speak as someone who has used the higher end product lines with accolades.
At first, I thought to take it easy with Brickell, but then at this price point (being in the upper level of product price level), I think it deserves more scrutiny, as the entire product line could cost one at minimal $500+ to get set up with enough product for a good start.
Brickell product line seems to be a mixed bag. Effective in some average ways, yet some don't seem to be more effective than just using aloe vera gel and glycerin soap.
Let's get to the lowlights first, then I will speak of the highlights:
At first glance, the container lids were created with less-than savory attention to their use, as they became easily torn, and didn't create a tight fit once they were open. Secondly, the clarifying face wash had a very thin, cheap feel to it, not creating any significant refreshing feel afterward. It was cleansing, but certainly not even to the level of clean I am familiar with from the aforementioned product lines. I would rate it worth as clean as one would get from a St. Ive's type product line.
The eye cream was greasy and too thick for this application. I would think that a high quality eye cream (as others I'm more familiar with) would want to absorb quickly and dissipate as to not get into the eye (like Kiehl's for instance. I've never had it irritate my eyes, and I've used 4 bottles of it). This one did neither. It simply was setting on the surface of the skin, and then I accidentally rubbed it into my eye 2 hours later, and it was irritated. I stopped using that immediately.
The second disappointment was the Anti Aging Cream. There has been several skin smoothers I've used including Lactic Acid by The Ordinary, for example, gives IMMEDIATE results. I completely finished my container of Brickell's and saw no net change. I switched back to Lactic Acid, and it has noticeable difference after 1 week.
The third somewhat disappointing mixed emotion of Brickell's product line was the Charcoal Face Wash. Truth time: I have used charcoal face wash which was simply Black African Charcoal Soap which left me feeling the same as this, which was nicely refreshed and invigorated. However, that said, I've paid $9 for the African Charcoal Soap, and Brickell's Charcoal Wash was $30 with a couple questionable ingredients (which is exactly what I'm trying to get away from), whereas the Black African Charcoal Soap was simply bamboo based charcoal and no added chemicals like Brickell's includes (ie: DMAE, Decyl Glucosides, etc.). However, the end result was pleasant, not enough to justify the additives and 3 times the cost.
Lastly, the highlights were the Daily Defense Moisturizer with SPF and the Repairing Night Serum.
Both products have truly matched the equal of their price point and class level. Both have lived up to their claims. They both have pleasing and lasting effects. The Daily Defense definitely worked, as I had not felt the face 'burn' sensation from being outside all afternoon with my face exposed, as well as not feeling 'face fatigue' from outdoor weather and salt air. I would call Super Goop Glow Oil its peer with equally as good of results
The Repairing Night Serum had left my face feeling refreshed and rejuvenated the following morning after using it. It left me feeling equally as good as I had when using Ole Henriksen Serum. Equally as good, and basically at the same price point.
Overall, I would recommend these two products by Brickell, and I would consider the rest of their aforementioned line still "in the works". I guess there is a sort of Love/Hate relationship with this product line, and it sort of left me feeling like it is a bit like dodging potholes on an otherwise good road. The ones I recommended which are good are really good, and the other 'potholes' are just a waste of time and money.
I hope they eventually get the rest of the line figured out, because those drag down the best of their best.

Great body wash 5* out 5* from me.
I normally buy the bodywash on amazon and never had a problem with postage, i was getting irritation on my skin using the normal branded shower gels so tried this product and i think is fantastic. After i started using it within afew days my skin was healthy and any irritation was gone, i cant speak for any of there other products but the mint body wash is great, no harmful chemicals or irritants 100% natural.

Disgraceful
I ordered the so called free sample kit, looked for any hidden terms and conditions, added postage etc couldn't find anything. Then when the order was placed it added on £5.42. Disgraceful.

YIKES
I ordered the scented sample kit. The products came with the shampoo exploded and other containers lids weren't even screwed on, but the box was undamaged. Packaging feels cheap.
They seemed to clean but no better than any regular product that cost a fraction of Brickell's products. The smell is also atrocious - I smell like a moldy piece of bread or something and am considering showering again just to get the smell off. Will not be ordering anything from Brickell again.

Non-existent customer service!
Completely agree with the last review except I never actually received my order. Shipment tracking is stating that delivery was attempted on a couple of occasions but at really unsociable hours to a business address. The last update says that the order has been returned to the seller but this was a couple of weeks ago. Very much like the previous reviewer, I am now having to resort to Instagram and Facebook Messenger to try and get assistance as my emails were being ignored. Absolutely shocking customer service and a shame really as the products themselves are very good.
