Not worth it.
Scents are good, quality of products not so good. Brickell clearly spends more money on marketing rather than product quality. I get better results using my wife's skin care products snd hair products.

Your website is miserable to try and navigate. Huge waste of time when trying to find a specific product.

Product was inferior to other products and customer service has no phone number. Auto-subscription service is their practice which should be voluntary.

Can't use this product, make my face break out like rosacea.

Paid PREMIUM price for terrible customer service. I followed up after waiting 2 weeks and not receiving my order. I was told to wait a little longer. Waited another week to follow up again. Second follow up, Brickell replied with a string of apologies stating how everything is so unfortunately out of their hands. The solution was to reorder. What the heck? What happened to the original order? They didn't even check to confirm whether the initial order was shipped and if so, when and where it might be stuck at. TERRIBLE. So now, I need to wait for 2 weeks minimum again according to them and follow up again if the same thing happens.

Hasn’t worked for me. Been about a month since I switched from Lumin. Face is dryer than ever and spent 140 on an array of day and night time products. Literally skin peeling on face. Doesn’t smell great but could get past that if it was decent but must say I have been very disappointed

As a long-time user of many professional quality face and body products such as Mac, Prescriptives, Clinique, Tiege, Ren, Ole Henricksen, and some others, I can truly speak as someone who has used the higher end product lines with accolades. At first, I thought to take it easy with Brickell, but then at this price point (being in the upper level of product price level), I think it deserves more scrutiny, as the entire product line could cost one at minimal $500+ to get set up with enough product for a good start. Brickell product line seems to be a mixed bag. Effective in some average ways, yet some don't seem to be more effective than just using aloe vera gel and glycerin soap. Let's get to the lowlights first, then I will speak of the highlights: At first glance, the container lids were created with less-than savory attention to their use, as they became easily torn, and didn't create a tight fit once they were open. Secondly, the clarifying face wash had a very thin, cheap feel to it, not creating any significant refreshing feel afterward. It was cleansing, but certainly not even to the level of clean I am familiar with from the aforementioned product lines. I would rate it worth as clean as one would get from a St. Ive's type product line. The eye cream was greasy and too thick for this application. I would think that a high quality eye cream (as others I'm more familiar with) would want to absorb quickly and dissipate as to not get into the eye (like Kiehl's for instance. I've never had it irritate my eyes, and I've used 4 bottles of it). This one did neither. It simply was setting on the surface of the skin, and then I accidentally rubbed it into my eye 2 hours later, and it was irritated. I stopped using that immediately. The second disappointment was the Anti Aging Cream. There has been several skin smoothers I've used including Lactic Acid by The Ordinary, for example, gives IMMEDIATE results. I completely finished my container of Brickell's and saw no net change. I switched back to Lactic Acid, and it has noticeable difference after 1 week. The third somewhat disappointing mixed emotion of Brickell's product line was the Charcoal Face Wash. Truth time: I have used charcoal face wash which was simply Black African Charcoal Soap which left me feeling the same as this, which was nicely refreshed and invigorated. However, that said, I've paid $9 for the African Charcoal Soap, and Brickell's Charcoal Wash was $30 with a couple questionable ingredients (which is exactly what I'm trying to get away from), whereas the Black African Charcoal Soap was simply bamboo based charcoal and no added chemicals like Brickell's includes (ie: DMAE, Decyl Glucosides, etc.). However, the end result was pleasant, not enough to justify the additives and 3 times the cost. Lastly, the highlights were the Daily Defense Moisturizer with SPF and the Repairing Night Serum. Both products have truly matched the equal of their price point and class level. Both have lived up to their claims. They both have pleasing and lasting effects. The Daily Defense definitely worked, as I had not felt the face 'burn' sensation from being outside all afternoon with my face exposed, as well as not feeling 'face fatigue' from outdoor weather and salt air. I would call Super Goop Glow Oil its peer with equally as good of results The Repairing Night Serum had left my face feeling refreshed and rejuvenated the following morning after using it. It left me feeling equally as good as I had when using Ole Henriksen Serum. Equally as good, and basically at the same price point. Overall, I would recommend these two products by Brickell, and I would consider the rest of their aforementioned line still "in the works". I guess there is a sort of Love/Hate relationship with this product line, and it sort of left me feeling like it is a bit like dodging potholes on an otherwise good road. The ones I recommended which are good are really good, and the other 'potholes' are just a waste of time and money. I hope they eventually get the rest of the line figured out, because those drag down the best of their best.

I ordered scented trial box set through Brickell website. I didn't have any issue to receive my products - very quick delivery ... but it's so no my kind of products. I tried face cream, eye cream and shampoo and I was so not impressed by smell of it OMG. If you not only looking for good effects but important for you is a scent of the products do not order Brickells as you will be disappointed as I was.
