Well u have good clean ingredients in your products and they are all good, but they are overpriced....too expensive....no way a normal person could afford this stuff

So far, less than a 2 weeks into the routine, everything is compatible with my skin. I think I am seeing early promising results too. However, since I get bugged by these product lines to leave a review before I have a chance to actually try the product, I am leaving a 3 star review for a few reasons. 1. How to apply the product is confusing. They tried, but the paperwork is unclear. 2. Discounts don't stack. I saved my first purchase code because I had already bought a cheap trail kit. Can't use that code now that I have already ordered! Come on! 3. I have not had enough time with the products to know if this is good or bad. If it works out I will come back and improve my rating. Right now I am compatible but undecided. I have already ordered three times, so anyone who wants to know. I am currently a paying customer as of 4/28/26. More to come. If Brickell would honor the discounts they have shown me it would be a 4 star rating here.

Ordered the free sample product, +£5 delivery. Sample products arrived quickly. Have used most of the facial products. The sample size equates to 2 or 3 uses. Definitely a good product but not enough content to determine if it is worth the premium price. I think personally the samples should equate to about 7 uses. The £10 off first purchase voucher is pointless as the delivery for one item is a whacking £8.50. Almost as cheap to order via Amazon if you have a Prime account. Anyway, a 3 star experience. Good but not great.

I've only been using the product for a couple weeks now. So far, I don't see any results. But company info does say it may take a few weeks before results appear. The one thing I definitely do not like, is that "usage directions" is vague. There are multiple Brickell products. But there's very little info on how to use each product, which order, which ones can be used together, how much to use, etc. How to videos would be nice.

I am still just trying the products (and keeping trial sizes organized. So far so good but I cannot yet give a fair evaluation so perhaps in the near future.

I ordered Brickell products for the first time in November, and I was genuinely impressed with the quality. However, the taxes I had to pay were shockingly high, making it feel unworthy for me as I'm located in Thailand. The next month, I was taken aback when a driver showed up at my home with another set of products that I had not ordered. I promptly rejected the delivery and contacted Brickell via email to inquire why they sent the products and charged my card. I requested a refund since I did not receive the items. It's been almost a month since then, and I've yet to receive any response, not even an acknowledgment of my email. I'm also trying to cancel my subscription, but there’s been no communication from them—no replies to my emails or messages through their chat box. I'm left feeling frustrated and cornered—am I now forced to pay Brickell for the rest of my life? My experience has been disappointing, and I highly discourage anyone from subscribing unless they are prepared for potential issues with customer service.

I ordered the Sea Salt Spray and sample kit and I received them with no problem. The Sea Salt Spray is ok, but I did not like the samples. In general, they are fairly runny and they feel and smell like chemicals. I've used many skin care products in my life and I would rate these in the lower half of them.
